My opinion, Mallory is hilarious for the leecher comment. Clearly she hasn't watched enough hip-hop videos, because she would know that the featured artist has been a staple in the music before she was born...but I digress...lol

Mickey Factz @ Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival

I remember when we went to BHF 2 years ago for the first time and we interviewed Lupe Fiasco for Laced Magazine. Lupe was a new artist making waves in the industry, sharing the stage with some legendary acts. I remember us saying to ourselves then, that we'd get Mickey on that stage. Now just 2 years later we've made true on our promise. This year is even more special because Mickey will be sharing the same stage with KRS-One, who is the headliner for the event. With Mickey being from the BX boro, that means even more because it's a symbolic passing of the torch between the Teacher and the Student. This Saturday, July 12th is going to be a special afternoon. You're not going to want to miss a classic moment in hip-hop history as the Past and the Future grace the stage.

This coming November everybody should be making their way out to vote for the new President of the Free World. If you haven't registered yet, make sure you do. As well as make sure all your Federal and/or State issued IDs are not expired, but up to date. Anyhow, as a practice drill for the day to come, everyone should make it a duty of their's to go vote for GFCnewyork's artist, Mickey Factz.
