Jay-Z & 44 Four's
If you don't have Jay-Z's debut album, Reasonable Doubt, go to Virgin Megastore or the mom & pop shop around your way and cop it right now before you continue on with this post. Once you've unwrapped the CD, listen to track 7, "22 two's." That track right there is classic for it's wordplay. It is now 2006 and President Carter has to chronicle how he's went from "there to here." This past weekend at his rehearsal show at the Nokia Theatre, he debuted "44 four's." He drops another classic for you ladies and gents. Check out the video below.

The Deffest in NYC
According to the folks at TrainerSpotter being a Saint in NYC is definitely a bad thing. That's bad meaning good (haha). They've designed a tee inspired by Saint of GFC New York and an 80's Wendy O tour t shirt. Wendy O was the lead singer with the Plasmatics, a NY punk band. With a limited production run of 12, Saint will be handing the tees to the Deffest Baddest disciples to walk the streets of NYC. If you receive one of the tees you know you must be doing something right. Pardon me, you must be doing several things right. Check for Saint soon, before all the tees are gone.
Mickey Factz 'Extravaganza' Video Shoot
This weekend was a hot and grueling one, but damn we had a great time. Our goal was to give the public a glimpse into this GFC New York lifestyle. With our artist, Mickey Factz being the voice of this lifestyle, we decided to put into motion the video production of his spring/summer anthem 'Extravaganza'. It was a long 3-day shoot that took place throughout NYC. Even though there were a few challenges in making this event happen as planned, it still went off to be a great success. As Mickey would say, "There aren't any brick walls in the clouds." We'd like to take the time out and thank all of our family and friends who came through and supported us in making this happen. DesignAttic, Inc, Laced Magazine, Lemar & Dauley, The Brooklyn Circus, LaVie Clothing, Mad Ciphas, Dream Cloth, The Maddesigner, A Game Entertainment, Belchez, Street Cosignor, Yoly aka The Talk of New York, Mello Yellow, Smoke Dza, Hasan Insane, K-Hustle, K-Holla and more. Yeah, we have a big family. Video will be posted in the near future, so keep checking in. Here are some pics from the shoot.
