This winter, December 1st, contemporary artist will have a museum in the capital of the world that they can call their's. The New Museum of Contemporary Art, a state-of-the-art 60,000 square foot home located on 235 Bowery, will be New York's only museum devoted exclusively to contemporary art.
Designed by Tokyo-based architects Sejima + Nishizawa/SANAA, [the] breathtaking facility will feature beautifully proportioned galleries, a theater, an education floor, [the] renowned New Museum Store, a café, a top floor event space with roof terraces, and more.
