The saga continues - another noose was found, this time at the Church Street Post Office close to Ground Zero in New York City. Employees spotted the noose on a lamppost outside of the post office on Thursday, and the incident was reported to NYPD's Hate Crimes department. The department is still investigating the noose incident at Columbia University, and is combing through over 56 hours of surveillance tapes that the University hesitantly handed over yesterday. Nooses, apparently, are the new trend in promoting racism against African-Americans. These incidents are appalling and shocking, especially in such a diverse city. Be aware people, be very aware.
