Shelwanda Riley, a 15 year old girl in Florida, was recently arrested for a curfew violation. Shelwanda was picked up by an officer and punched and pepper sprayed. Check out this bone chilling footage.
Yeah she should have listened to him. But you could tell she was just really scared. The officer did a terrible job at handling that. Not to mention it's only a curfew law.

She should have listened to the officer...or better yet, not violated curfew. He did "OD" by macing her. Sad to see nonetheless.
